As of 2026-10-28
Befree Consultores Informaticos, S.L. is an IT recruitment and contractor-outsourcing firm in Madrid (Calle Lopez de Hoyos 42; NIF B83269118, Registro Mercantil de Madrid) that says it has worked in the sector for more than 20 years and is specialised in the Iberian SAP consultant market (Spain and Portugal). It sells three things: success-fee headhunting for hires, backed by a six-month guarantee and billed only on placement; outsourcing of freelance IT resources; and in-company training, including HANA upskilling for SAP consultants. It states a base of roughly 10,000 IT professionals, charges its 10 percent commission to the client rather than to the freelancer, and runs a dedicated freelancer channel at befree.tech/im-a-freelancer/.
Befree names SAP as its specialism - "Estamos especializados en el mercado de consultores SAP iberico (Espana y Portugal)" - and markets an urgent SAP escalation service, but it recruits across IT generally and publishes no analytics practice: no BW, BW/4HANA, Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud appears anywhere on the site. The only technology it names beyond SAP itself is HANA, and only as the subject of its in-company training offer ("el desarrollo de HANA obliga a los profesionales SAP a reinventarse"). Commercial model: success fee only, six-month guarantee on permanent hires, 10 percent commission billed to the client and not to the freelancer, stated base of around 10,000 IT professionals.
