Hiring SAP analytics consultants — the Firm plan
As of 2026-07-29
6,639 indexed SAP analytics professionals, 188 countries, 3,365 referenced organisations, and a reverse matcher that turns a job description into a ranked shortlist. A flat €499.90/recruiter/month seat — no placement commission, no revenue share.
01 · What the Firm tier unlocks
The Firm seat opens the full /#consultants directory — 6,639 indexed SAP analytics professionals — in two views you switch between: contactable rows (initials, classification, company, position, searchable) and the sourcing view (region, seniority and day-rate filters, skill chips, no preview cap). Coverage is stated, never implied: 4,104 rows carry a seniority band, 5,375 a country, 2,453 a skill snapshot (Datasphere, BDC, BW/4HANA, SAC, Joule) — the rest are honest blanks that enrichment fills over time. The reverse-matcher takes a brief and ranks the directory; its output exports as a ranked CSV, not a black-box widget. Cross-reference against the 3,365-agency directory shows which firm each professional is attached to. Sample reports for every paid surface are read-in-browser (no PDF walks out).
02 · Why this beats LinkedIn Recruiter for SAP analytics
Generalist platforms surface keyword matches; SAP analytics is a specialty where the difference between a Datasphere consultant and a BW/4HANA migration architect is a six-figure mistake. Analytics Legends is curated by a working SAP analytics consultant. The skill matrix uses the same taxonomy the directory's own modules teach, the day-rate bands come from primary research (the Market Deep study read on /#market), and the agency cross-reference is the platform's editorial bedrock — no other directory ties consultants to the agencies that placed them.
03 · Three usage patterns we see daily
(a) RETAINED SEARCH — a head-hunter pastes a job description, gets a ranked shortlist of the top 12 profiles, exports the CSV (uncapped on the Firm seat), and works it through their own outreach tooling; for SAP analytics-specific roles, the specialist ranking meaningfully reduces the need for multiple generalist recruiter seats. (b) MARKET SIZING — a recruitment-firm partner runs the day-rate bands by country and seniority before pricing a new client engagement; the Firm tier's Market Deep tab is the source-of-truth for those numbers. (c) BENCH AUDIT — an internal-talent leader uses the skill matrix to grade their own bench against the country median, identifies skill gaps, and pipelines training (often through Analytics Legends' own academy modules).
04 · What you do NOT get (we are honest about this)
Analytics Legends is a radar and directory, not an ATS. We do not deliver the candidate's email address or phone number, and we are precise about the channel that replaces them: the private contact store behind the Firm seat holds ONE filled record today, and in-tool messaging is in pull-only mode (drafts stay in your browser until the operator opens outbound). Until both fill up, the Firm seat is a sourcing and market-intelligence surface, not a contact database — that is the honest state, not a roadmap promise. We do not take placement fees: there is no commission split, no revenue share, no skin-in-the-game on whether your placement closes. The Firm tier is a flat €499.90/mo seat. If you want a transactional placement model, this is not it — there are excellent SAP-analytics-specific firms for that and we list specialist firms in our directory.
FAQ
How is the 6,639-row directory built?
Primary research from public LinkedIn profiles, conference attendee lists (TechEd, SAPPHIRE, sap.community gatherings), agency placement announcements, and academy program rosters. Every row is GDPR-lawful (Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest, with explicit opt-out flags surfaced in /#privacy §6). The full provenance is documented in the Privacy page.
How fresh is the data?
Skill and seniority snapshots are refreshed as enrichment runs land (they cover part of the directory today — the exact row counts are stated in section 01, and they move with each build). Day-rate bands are refreshed at every Market Deep release (twice a year). Company cross-reference is refreshed at every Companies study release (annually). Every study PDF carries an 'As of' date that timestamps its refresh — there is no static directory hidden behind a 'live' label.
Can I trial before committing to €499.90/mo?
Six anonymised sample profiles render on /#consultants for any anonymous visitor (eighteen once signed in, free). They demonstrate the schema and quality bar before any commitment. For a deeper look, contact us through the email at the bottom of this page — we will share a redacted recent reverse-matcher report so you can evaluate the output format directly.
Annual billing?
Yes — the Firm tier ships an annual plan at €4,999/year (~17% discount). Annual billing is available via Stripe at checkout; contact us if you need an annual invoice upfront.
What if a profile I want is missing?
Email us through the link below with the LinkedIn URL. If the person clears our quality bar (active in SAP analytics, last role within 18 months, public profile) we add them in the next quarterly refresh. There is no fee for adding a profile, and no fee for the source consultant to be listed — the directory is editorial, not pay-to-place.
All four plans and their prices are on the pricing page.
