Apple and Google distribute them; they are not party to any contract concluded with the publisher.
Intellectual property
The editorial content (text, structure, source code, design, the "Analytics Legends" brand) is the exclusive property of CM CONSULTING, the site's publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited (art. L.122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code). The platform's databases (organisation directory, opportunity radar, concept and news corpora) are additionally protected by the sui generis database right: extraction or re-utilisation of a substantial part of their contents, including by repeated extraction of insubstantial parts, is prohibited (art. L.341-1 and L.342-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Third-party brands and logos referenced (SAP, Datasphere, BDC, Joule, SAC, BW/4HANA, Databricks, and the listed agencies) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their mention is purely informational.

Most content on the platform is editorial and written by the publisher; in practice this mechanism covers third-party items (compiled organisation records, opportunities posted by a firm, availability cards, contributions and testimonials published by a consultant).
Governing law
French law. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's country of residence — and, for a consumer domiciled in Switzerland, subject to the Swiss law and Swiss forum reserved to them by arts. 114 and 120 PILA, jurisdiction between France and Switzerland being governed by the Lugano Convention of 30 October 2007.
