Terms of Use and of Sale.

As of

Last updated: 27 October 2026 · version 2.4 — it sets the price grid of 27 October 2026, the 7-day trial and the Transition Pass (section 4) and replaces version 2.3 of 30 September 2026, which added the member's public profile page (section 3) and replaced version 2.2 of 22 September 2026. Version 2.2 replaced the one dated 7 September 2026; it covers the business customer established outside the European Union and the consumer resident outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, extends processing on behalf to everything a firm creates in its seat, and adds agency authorisations and international sanctions. Version 2.1 named UK and Swiss law where the text cited only French, German and Austrian law. It brings the website, the mobile apps and machine access (the MCP server) under one text, and separates what applies to everyone from what applies only to subscribers, consumers, firms or AI agents.

1. Scope, parties, acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Analytics Legends platform — the analyticslegends.ai website, its apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android, its public /api/* feeds and its MCP server — published by CM CONSULTING, a French EURL with share capital of €5,000, registered office in France, RCS Manosque 508 603 206, VAT FR18508603206 ("we"). Apple and Google distribute the apps; they are not party to any contract you conclude with us.

You accept the Terms by using the public surfaces; by ticking the box when creating an account; and, for a subscription, by ticking the two boxes on the confirmation screen that precedes payment. Each acceptance is timestamped together with the exact text shown to you.

You must be 18 or older. You are a consumer if you act for purposes outside your trade or profession (for instance an employee subscribing privately, or a student); you are a professional otherwise (freelancer, firm, company, AI agent operated for a professional account). Protections reserved to consumers are marked as such; the provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from apply in any event.

The Terms exist in French, English and German. You contract in the language you chose; if the versions diverge in interpretation, the French version prevails, without restricting the rights the law of your residence grants you.

2. What the platform is — and is not

Analytics Legends is an editorial and market-intelligence platform on SAP Analytics: news, studies, a concept library, academy modules, an opportunity radar, an organisation directory, day-rate bands, calculators and — for subscribers — a concierge, an interview studio, an application cockpit, a recruiter seat and machine access. Three registers of content coexist and are labelled: hand-written, curated, compiled automatically from public sources.

We act only as a facilitator. We are neither an employment agency, nor an umbrella company, nor a marketplace: we are not a party to any relationship between a user and a client, firm, recruiter or third-party platform, and we guarantee neither placement, nor contract terms, nor payment, nor the conduct of a counterparty. We take no placement fee, from any party: a subscription opens access to information and tools, never to a success-fee introduction. The private-placement regimes — art. 2 of the Swiss Employment Services Act (LSE/AVG), and the UK Employment Agencies Act 1973 and Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 — govern that placement activity, which we do not carry on.

Day rates, salary bands, opportunity descriptions and analyses are indicative and come from public or self-reported sources. They are not legal, tax, financial or career advice; verify with the original posting or an adviser.

3. Accounts

An account is personal: one person, one account, credentials you keep confidential. You can create it with email and password, a magic link, or via Google, LinkedIn or Apple; the same account opens the website and the apps. The role you declare at sign-up steers navigation and confers no right. The subscription tier is written by our servers, never by your device.

A firm opens a seat in the name of an organisation and designates the members who use it; it answers for its members' acts. We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these Terms (fraud, extraction, harm to third parties, non-payment), after a reasoned notice except in an emergency; a subscriber keeps the right to a pro-rata refund if the closure is not attributable to them.

Public profile page. If you are a consultant, a public profile page in your name (analyticslegends.ai/firstname-lastname/, in English, French and German) is part of the service: it is published when you register, in performance of these Terms, and shows your headline, your city and country, your skills, your languages and your certifications (expired ones are marked as such). It shows no photo, no LinkedIn link, no rate and no contact details. You can unpublish it at any time from your profile, and republish it the same way; it is removed from the site, the sitemap and the directory at the next deployment, and deleted with your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, on the website and in the apps; your data is erased as the privacy policy describes.

4. Plans and prices

Free, Consultant (€19.90/mo or €179/yr), Legend (€49.90/mo, or the Transition Pass: €129.90 paid once for 90 days of Legend, with no renewal; the Pass is a digital service, not a subscription and buying it ends a running monthly Legend subscription), Firm (€199.90/mo or €1,999/yr for a firm, three seats included; further seats are opened on request), MCP Pass (€29.90/mo or €299/yr; machine access to the paid tranche of the MCP server, with no web subscriber screens). Access to the paid tranche of the MCP server is included in Firm and in the MCP Pass, not in Consultant or Legend. Trial: every Consultant, monthly Legend and Firm subscription starts with a 7-day trial; the card is asked at the start, nothing is charged before day 8, the subscription can be cancelled at any time during the trial from the profile, and the confirmation screen states the amount and the date of the first charge. One trial per account: an account that has already had a subscription is charged from the day it subscribes. The Transition Pass and the MCP Pass have no trial; the Transition Pass can be withdrawn from pro rata (section 6). The scope of each plan is the one shown on the pricing page on the day of the order; it is part of the contract.

All prices are in euros and are inclusive of tax for a European Union consumer; for a VAT-registered business customer supplying a valid intra-EU VAT number, the invoice is issued excluding VAT under the reverse-charge regime. Outside the European Union, the applicable tax is that of your country where the law requires us to collect it: in the United Kingdom, UK VAT on digital services supplied to a consumer; in Switzerland, Swiss VAT once our turnover obliges us to register. A business customer established outside the European Union is invoiced without French VAT (art. 259-1 of the French General Tax Code), any tax due in its own country, including by reverse charge, being its responsibility; for a consumer resident in any other country, the price shown in euros is the price charged. An amount shown on the site in another currency is an indicative conversion: the charge is made in euros. Invoicing stays denominated in euros; conversion and exchange fees are a matter for your bank or card issuer. A price change applies to a running subscription only at its next renewal, after at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

The Free plan is provided without consideration and we may change its scope. Free access we grant (trial, beta, pilot) is dated and expires on its own.

5. Order, payment, renewal

Before payment, a screen summarises the plan, its price and its billing period, and asks for two separate confirmations: acceptance of these Terms and of the privacy policy, then the request for immediate performance described in § 6. The payment button stays inactive until both are ticked; the record (plan, price, texts shown, timestamp) is kept with the invoice. Payment is entrusted to Stripe; your card data never passes through our servers.

Billed monthly or annually via Stripe, auto-renewing until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal; effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

The subscription runs for the cycle chosen (one month or one year) and renews tacitly for an identical cycle, at the price then in force. For a consumer or non-professional subscriber on an annual plan, we send by email, between three months and one month before the renewal date, notice of the option not to renew (art. L215-1 of the French Consumer Code); failing that, the subscriber may cancel free of charge at any time from the renewal date and be refunded the amounts taken after it. A declined payment suspends paid access after one reminder; the period already served remains due.

In accordance with art. L.213-1 of the French Consumer Code, any contract concluded with a consumer for an amount of €120 or more is archived for ten years and provided to you on request.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A consumer has 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code; § 355 BGB in Germany; § 11 FAGG in Austria; regs 29 to 38 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom). It is exercised by an unambiguous statement sent to the site's contact channel; the model form reproduced at the end of this section may be used. The refund is made within 14 days, by the payment method used.

Our subscriptions open immediate access to digital content and a digital service. If, on the confirmation screen, you expressly request that performance begin before the end of the period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code; § 356(4) and (5) BGB — a subscription is both a digital service and digital content; reg 37(1) of the UK Regulations 2013), that right lapses as soon as access opens. Without this recorded double step, you keep your 14 days. A professional has no right of withdrawal.

The Transition Pass is a digital service, paid once, that you can cancel. On the confirmation screen there is a single box: you request immediate access and agree, should you withdraw, to pay for the days used (art. L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). Withdrawal within 14 days through the contact channel: you pay only for the days used, i.e. the Pass price divided by 90 per day (≈€1.44 per day), and the rest is refunded within 14 days by the payment method used.

Swiss residents: the right of revocation in arts. 40a et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations covers only doorstep and telephone selling, not online sales; Swiss law therefore opens no right of withdrawal to you here; we nevertheless apply the pro-rata refund above to the Transition Pass, and a subscription starts with a 7-day trial (section 4).

Model withdrawal form — copy it to the contact channel, or say the same thing in your own words: “To Analytics Legends (CM CONSULTING), contact@analyticslegends.ai — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following subscription: [plan], taken out on [date]. Consumer’s name and address: [·]. Date: [·].” Using it is not compulsory; any unambiguous statement is a valid withdrawal.

7. Cancellation

You cancel at any time, without reason and free of charge, from your profile (art. L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code; § 312k BGB). Cancellation is confirmed on screen and by email, takes effect at the end of the current cycle, and paid access stays open until then. A consumer who cannot sign in cancels through the contact channel; the request is processed within 48 business hours with the same effect.

We may terminate a subscription for a serious breach (§ 3) or if we stop providing the service, with 30 days' notice and a refund of the period not served. When a subscription ends, your account stays open on the Free tier and your data remains exportable from your profile; paid content stops being readable.

8. Content you publish

You can publish a profile, an availability card, applications, messages, a community contribution, a testimonial; a firm publishes opportunities, briefs and candidate records. You remain the owner of this content and grant us, for as long as it is published, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, translate and transmit it to the recipients you chose — and to them alone. A community contribution or a testimonial is displayed publicly only after the editor has approved it, and you can ask for its removal at any time.

You warrant that this content is accurate and lawful, that you have the right to publish it, and that it carries no third-party data without a legal basis. An opportunity published by a firm must correspond to a real assignment or position, comply with the employment and anti-discrimination law of the country of the position (in France, art. L.5331-2 and L.1132-1 of the Labour Code; in Germany, the AGG; in Austria, the GlBG) and be written in the language that law requires. The firm that publishes it warrants that it holds the authorisations the law of the country of the position requires to place or supply staff — for example the AÜG licence in Germany, the LSE (AVG) licence in Switzerland, entry in the KRAZ register in Poland or an employment-agency licence in Singapore. Prohibited: misleading, defamatory, infringing or discriminatory content, unsolicited canvassing and any use of the platform's contacts for spam.

Moderation and reporting (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, DSA). We host this content without checking it in advance. Anyone can report content to the contact point in the legal notice; we acknowledge receipt, decide within 15 days and give the author reasons for any removal, restriction or account closure, which the author can contest through the same channel. We use no automated decision-making tool to moderate. Repeated breaches lead to account closure.

9. Third-party data entrusted by a firm (processing on behalf)

A firm that enters or imports candidates into its seat (name, email, skills, country, seniority) — and more broadly any data it creates in its seat about a person: submissions, shortlists, notes, interview tracking — remains the controller of that data within the meaning of GDPR art. 4(7); we process it on its behalf as a processor (GDPR art. 28). As such: we process this data only to provide the seat and on the firm's documented instructions; the persons we authorise to access it are bound by confidentiality; we apply the measures described in the security policy; we use the sub-processors named in the privacy policy, the firm being informed by email of any addition with a right to object within 30 days; we assist it in answering data-subject requests and in meeting its security and notification obligations; we notify it of any personal-data breach affecting that data without undue delay after becoming aware of it (GDPR art. 33(2)); we delete or return this data when the seat is closed, unless a legal retention obligation applies; we provide it with the information needed for its audits, on reasonable request and at most once a year. The firm warrants that it has a legal basis for entrusting this data and informs the candidates of this processing. This paragraph constitutes the data-processing agreement between the firm and us; any different stipulation requires a separate written agreement.

The consultant records the platform makes available to a seat are pseudonymised; an identity or a means of contact appears there only if the person has consented. A firm uses them only for recruitment conducted on the platform: it does not bulk-export, transfer or reuse them outside that frame, and does not contact outside the platform a person who has not consented to being contacted. As soon as it identifies or contacts a person from these records or from the directory, the firm acts as an independent controller for its own use, with its own obligations, including informing that person (GDPR art. 14).

10. Licence to use the content and data

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to consult the platform and, for a subscriber, the content of their tier, for your own needs or those of the organisation holding the seat. You may quote an excerpt with attribution and a link to the source page, and export your own data. You may not: share your credentials or your key; resell, redistribute, publish or mirror a substantial part of the content or data; extract it by automated means beyond what robots.txt allows; probe, attack or circumvent a technical measure; use the listed contacts for unsolicited canvassing.

The platform's databases (directory, radar, concept and news corpora, graph) are protected by the sui generis database right: extraction or re-utilisation of a substantial part of their contents, including by repeated extraction of insubstantial parts, is prohibited to everyone, even to a party who never accepted these Terms (art. L.341-1 and L.342-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code; §§ 87a et seq. UrhG). That right is a Union right; in the United Kingdom, where it is no longer available to Union makers for databases made after 1 January 2021, and in Switzerland, which does not have it, the same prohibition rests on copyright in the selection and arrangement of the data, on contract, and — in Switzerland — on art. 5(c) of the Unfair Competition Act.

11. AI agents, machine access and API keys

Public content may be consulted and quoted by the answer engines and AI assistants named in /robots.txt and /llms.txt, on condition of an attribution "Source: Analytics Legends (analyticslegends.ai)" with the canonical URL of each item. Prohibited to everyone, including those agents: using any page or feed as training, fine-tuning, distillation or evaluation data for a model; bulk extraction or mirroring; circumventing our exclusion directives. This prohibition applies whether or not your crawler honours robots.txt, and whether the extraction is performed by you or by a vendor. Traditional search-engine indexing remains permitted. This prohibition is an express, machine-readable reservation of text-and-data-mining rights within the meaning of art. 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790; in the United Kingdom, the mining exception in s 29A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is confined to non-commercial research and therefore covers none of these uses.

The MCP server serves a public tranche without authentication and a paid tranche opened by a personal alk_… key or by the MCP Pass. The key is a secret: you answer for every call that carries it, you do not share it, and you revoke it from your profile in case of doubt. The daily quotas, rate limits and access tiers published in the server's resources are part of the contract; a refused call names its reason. No natural person and no personal data is served through this channel, at any tier. Every answer carries a citation URL that the agent must reproduce.

12. Intellectual property

The platform, its texts, structure, code, design, brands and databases are the property of CM CONSULTING or its licensors. Third-party brands referenced (SAP, Datasphere, BDC, Joule, SAC, BW/4HANA, Databricks, and the listed organisations) remain the property of their owners; their mention is informational. Analytics Legends is neither affiliated with, nor sponsored or endorsed by, SAP SE.

The outputs the platform produces for you (approach messages, interview-studio reports, concierge answers, exports) are yours to use freely as long as that use complies with § 10; we claim no right over them.

13. Artificial intelligence

The concierge is a conversational assistant built on a language model supplied by Anthropic: you are interacting with an artificial intelligence, not with a person (art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). It answers from the platform's data and cites its sources, but it can be wrong or incomplete; its answers are neither advice nor a commitment on our part, and must not be given any personal or confidential data. The ranking of opportunities and candidates is deterministic (written rules and weights, no learned model); a firm keeps the hiring decision, and a consultant can ask for an explanation of their ranking through the contact channel.

14. Availability and conformity guarantee

We provide the platform with the care of a diligent professional (a best-efforts obligation): we guarantee neither the completeness, accuracy or currency of compiled content, nor uninterrupted operation. Interruptions for maintenance or incidents may occur; we report them on the status page when they last.

A consumer benefits from the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and services (art. L.224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; §§ 327 et seq. BGB; in the United Kingdom, Part 1 Chapters 3 and 4 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — satisfactory quality, conformity with description and the remedies in ss 34 to 36 and 42 to 45, and performance with reasonable care and skill under s 49): a non-conforming service is brought into conformity free of charge, failing which the price is reduced or the contract terminated. That guarantee and the guarantee against hidden defects are not affected by these Terms.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability towards a professional user is limited, all causes combined, to the greater of the following two amounts: the sums they paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100); and we are not liable to them for indirect damage — loss of revenue, customers, opportunity or data, reputational harm, the cost of substitute services.

This cap and this exclusion do not apply to a consumer or non-professional, whose right to compensation remains full (art. R.212-1 6° of the French Consumer Code), nor to liability that the law does not allow to be limited: gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, personal injury, statutory guarantees, personal-data protection. In the United Kingdom, s 65 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 forbids excluding liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and s 62 subjects any term to the fairness test; towards a UK business user, the cap above applies only within the limits of the reasonableness requirement of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms to follow changes in the service or the law. Subscribers are informed by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, with the new text; a subscriber who refuses it may cancel free of charge before that date, and a consumer within the 30 days that follow (art. L.224-25-24 of the French Consumer Code). Continued use after that date counts as acceptance. The version in force carries its date at the top; earlier versions are provided on request.

17. Governing law, disputes, mediation

These Terms are governed by French law. A consumer resident in the European Union additionally benefits from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, may bring proceedings before the courts of that country and may be sued only there (art. 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008; arts. 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012). For a consumer domiciled in Switzerland, the choice of French law does not apply: the contract is governed by Swiss law (art. 120 of the Federal Act on Private International Law, which excludes any choice of law in consumer contracts), and the forum at their domicile is theirs, with no advance waiver possible (art. 114 PILA; arts. 15 to 17 of the Lugano Convention of 30 October 2007, which governs jurisdiction between France and Switzerland in place of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012). A consumer resident in the United Kingdom keeps the protection of those rules of UK law that cannot be derogated from, and may bring proceedings before the UK courts. A consumer resident in any other country keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence that a contract cannot derogate from; nothing in these Terms limits it. A professional accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the district of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal — a choice-of-court agreement enforceable in the Union (art. 25 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012), in Switzerland (art. 23 of the Lugano Convention) and in the United Kingdom (Hague Convention of 30 June 2005 on Choice of Court Agreements).

Consumer mediation. After a written complaint left without a satisfactory answer for two months, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator (art. L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code). The details of the mediator Analytics Legends (CM CONSULTING) has joined are published here as soon as it has joined one; in the meantime, the site's contact channel will direct you. The European online dispute-resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. Within the meaning of § 36 of the German Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG), we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board; the French mediator named above will, by contrast, be open to any Union consumer, whatever their country of residence. In the United Kingdom and in Switzerland no alternative dispute-resolution body is mandatory in our sector: a consumer there keeps their remedies before the competent courts, and the complaints channel of § 18 stays open to them unconditionally.

18. Complaints and contact

Any complaint — billing, access, cancellation, refund, content, data — is filed at contact@analyticslegends.ai, the contact channel of the legal notice. We acknowledge receipt without delay and answer within thirty days at the latest. This channel is also the point of contact under arts. 11 and 12 of the DSA for authorities and the public, in French, English or German.

19. Miscellaneous

If a clause is held void, the others remain. Not invoking a breach is not a waiver. We may assign the contract to a company taking over the business, without reducing your rights, by informing you. Neither party is liable for a failure due to force majeure. The platform's timestamped logs (acceptances, consents, cancellations, calls) are evidence between the parties, unless proven otherwise. The service is not offered to persons or entities targeted by restrictive measures (sanctions) of the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom or the United States, nor for a use those measures prohibit; we may refuse or close an account on that ground.
