For SAP architecture and analytics consultants who already know SAP LeanIX's application inventory, this module maps the AI layer built on it since late 2025: the AI Enterprise Architect Assistant (extended Sept 2026, decision support not automation), the Enterprise Knowledge Repository (a grounding problem identical to RAG and SAP Company Memory), the AI Governance Assistant (EU AI Act and NIST risk classification, automated but not accountability-removing) and the SAP AI Agent Hub (GA November 2025, built on LeanIX, discovery + visualisation + governance + cross-vendor partnership with Microsoft, Google and AWS). It traces an agent's lifecycle from a Signavio recommendation (M370) through to AI Agent Hub registration, and closes with the same GA/preview/presented-only discipline before any client conversation.

Module overview

Who this is for. You have mapped an SAP landscape before — which system talks to which, what runs where, who owns what — as an architect, a Datasphere or BW consultant doing landscape assessments, or a governance lead. SAP LeanIX, acquired by SAP in November 2023, is SAP's enterprise-architecture and BTP-landscape tool, and since late 2025 it has grown a governance layer specifically for AI agents: the SAP AI Agent Hub. This module explains what that layer actually does, how it differs from Signavio's process-side AI (module M370), and where your existing architecture-mapping discipline is exactly what it needs.

Prerequisites

  • Completion of M333 (AI & LLM Fundamentals for SAP Consultants) or equivalent understanding of grounding and agents
  • Working familiarity with an SAP application landscape or BTP account structure (architect, Basis, or landscape-assessment experience)
  • Recommended: M370 (AI in SAP Signavio), since this module follows the agent lifecycle Signavio's Process Consulting Agent starts
