Who this is for. You know how to model a process, read event logs or build a KPI on top of one — you have used SAP Signavio, or a competing process-mining tool, as an analytics or governance consultant. Since early 2026, SAP has layered generative AI and agents onto that same process data, and clients now ask what Joule adds, what a "Process Consulting Agent" recommends, and whether "SAP Company Memory" is a database or a marketing phrase. This module answers those questions from SAP's own announcements, and shows where your existing process-mining and data-governance skills carry directly into an SAP AI engagement.

Prerequisites

  • Completion of M333 (AI & LLM Fundamentals for SAP Consultants) or equivalent understanding of grounding, RAG and agents
  • Working familiarity with a business process (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay or similar) and basic BPMN reading
  • Optional: access to an SAP Signavio trial or an existing customer tenant to check current release notes
