C_BW4H is SAP's hands-on BW/4HANA certification: a 180-minute system-based practical test, 69 % pass score, English only, taken with a Learning Hub subscription that includes certification attempts (learning.sap.com and the SAP exam record, checked 15 October 2026). Topics and exact weights: Data Warehouse Modeling 37 %, Query Design 32 %, Data Acquisition 17 %, Authorization and Restricted Data Access 14 %. The scope is BW/4HANA only; it is not a Datasphere exam and not the migration delta exam. Candidates lose marks on discipline, not on knowledge: objects left inactive, names that differ from the instructions, queries never run. Prepare with the official journey, repeat its practice system, and keep 20 minutes for a final verification pass.

C_BW4H is SAP's practical test for SAP BW/4HANA. You sit in a live BW/4HANA system for three hours and you build, load, query and secure objects. Nobody asks you to recognise the right answer in a list. That is fair, because the system is the judge, and it is unforgiving, because nothing you know counts unless it is saved, activated and correct when the clock stops. This module gives you the facts as SAP publishes them, a topic-by-topic plan mapped to the Academy, the drills that matter in a practical test, and an honest list of what the Academy does not yet cover.

Prerequisites
- Working knowledge of data warehousing and of at least one SAP BW release
- Review core concepts first: C317, C316, C186
- Access to a SAP BW/4HANA system (the practice system of the learning journey or a client sandbox) for the exercises
- Module M305 (Technical Screening by Stack) helps you see where BW knowledge is tested in practice
Outcomes
- Explain the format, access model and topic weights of C_BW4H without relying on third-party question lists or invented weightings.
- Deliver the four original exercises (model, query, load, authorize) in a BW/4HANA system with objects active and tested.
- Complete the official practice system twice inside the time limit with a personal error log and at least 20 minutes of margin.
- Position C_BW4H against E_BW4HE_2601, C_BCBDC_2605 and C_BDCDA_2605 in a personal certification plan.
