What Seamless Planning Actually Means

Seamless Planning is the architectural integration between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere that enables planning models in SAC to read and write directly to tables hosted in Datasphere — without an intermediate extraction layer, without flat-file staging, and without a separate BPC installation. The phrase "seamless" is intentional: from the end-user perspective, opening an SAC planning story and hitting "submit plan" feels identical to any other SAC workflow.
