Advanced patterns: SCD2 on cost-center/employee (only when history is queried), pre-computed date dimension with all attributes, hierarchical views (SAC native), ragged hierarchy flatten-to-leaf. Fiscal calendar confirmation is mandatory pre-engagement. Dual fiscal calendar expertise → +15-20% day-rate premium.
