You advise a client whose AI programme keeps stalling on duplicate customers, inconsistent suppliers or conflicting product records, and the sponsor has read that "SAP bought Reltio". This module turns that headline into a decision: where SAP Reltio sits in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), how it relates to SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), what is dated and sourced, what is not published, and how to pilot it without betting the MDG investment. It builds on the concept card C391 and does not repeat BDC fundamentals (C009), data products (C010) or data quality frameworks (C041). Platform vocabulary: SAP Business AI Platform is the name of the platform that was SAP BTP.

  • Working knowledge of Business Data Cloud and data products at the level of C009 and C010
  • Basic familiarity with master data governance concepts (SAP MDG or equivalent)
